In The name of god Amen in The yeare of our lord god 1599 the xxvjth daye of October I Nicholas Marshall of little linford in the County of Bucks being sicke in bodye but of perfect Remembrance thanks be geven to god doe make this my last will and testament in manner and fforme following ffirst I bequeath my soule to Almightie god my Creator and Redeemer, And my bodye to Christian buriall, in free and curtayne hope of glorification, at the Resurrectionn of the Just Item I geve to my sonne Nicholas xxl which sayd summe my will is that yt shalbe payd unto him within the first yeare after my decease Item I geve to my sonne William xxl to be payd unto him within the second yeare after my decease, Item I geve to my sonne Richard xxl to be payd unto him within the third yeare after my decease, Item to my daughter Joane tenn pownds to be payd unto her within the fowrthe yeare after my decease, Item I geve to my sonne John iiijl which he oweth me, And hath already in his owene hands Item I geve to my sonne Thomas iiijl Item I geve to my Cosen John Rushe A weaned Calfe, Item I geve to my wife all the Rest of my goods unbequeathed and doe make her my whole And sole Executrix to see this my last will and testament to be trulye executed and fulfilled witnesses at the making hereof Bartholmewe Marriot, Thomas Martyne Richard Odell John Smyth
