Buckinghamshire to wit Three Hundreds of Newport. A Register of the Names of the Persons within the said Hundreds who keep Draught Horses, Waggons or Carts of Burthen, the Number thereof by them respectively kept, and of the persons occupying and Wnd or Water Corn Mill and the Average of the Weekly Quantity that can be Ground thereat as returned by the Petty Constables within the said Hundreds in pursuance of a precept from John Penn Esquire, High Sheriff of the said County bearing date the 16th day of February 1798.
