In the Name of God Amen the Second day of January in the yeare of Our Lord God 1714-15 I Thomas Tebbitt of Castle Thrup in the County of Bucks being very sick and weake in body but of perfect Mind and Memory thanks be given to unto God therefore Doe make this my last Will and Testament: that is to say principally and first of all I give and Recommend my soule into the hands of God that gave it and for my body I Commend to the Earth to be buryed in a Christian like and Decent Manner at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named and as touching such worldly Goods wherewith it hath pleased God to blesse me in this life I give Devise and Dispose of the same the following Manner and forme Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Wellbeloved wife Alice Tebbitt all my Goods Chattells and all my personall Estate whatsoever whom I likewise Constitute make and ordaine my only and sole Executrix of this my last Whill and Testament and I doe hereby utterly dissallow Revoke and Dissanull all and every other former Wills and Testaments Ratifying and Confirming this and noe other to be my last Whill and Testament: In witnesse whereof I have sett my hand and Seale the day and yeare above written Thomas Tebbitt his marke Richard Ellis Thomas Creake Christopher Saxby his marke
