Mary Swannell 1825

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Swannell of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Widow being of sound mind memory and understanding ffirst I will order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary Expences shall be fully paid and satisfied And I give and devise all and singular my Messuages lands tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and whether in possession reversion remainder or Expectancy with their and every of their rightful members and Appurtenances to the same belonging unto my Daughter Mary Addison the Wife of William Addison of Highgate in the County of Middlesex her heirs and Assigns To hold the same unto and to the use of my said daughter her heirs and assigns forever And I give and bequeath all and singular my household Goods ffurniture Plate Linen China Monies Securities fro Money Debts and all and every other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever or of what nature or kind the same may be unto my said daughter Mary Addison and for her own use and benefit absolutely And I do hereby Nominate and appoint my said daughter Mary Addison sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking and making void All former and other Wills and testamentary Instruments by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this alone and this to be and contain my true last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mary Swannell the Testatrix have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and seal this twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty four Mary Swannell Signed Sealed and Published and declared by the above named Testatrix Mary Swannell as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses Margaret Nicholls Mary Nicholls Jno Nasbey

Proved at London 29th October 1825 by the oath of Mary Addison wife of William Addison the daughter and sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted being first sworn duly to Administer
