I Anne Gertrude Anderson of the Old House Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham widow hereby revoke all former Wills made by me and declare this to be my last Will which I make the 6th day of May One thousand nine hundred and twenty four I appoint my son Alwyn Lowder King Anderson (hereinafter called my Trustee) to be the Executor and trustee of my Will I bequeath all my jewels trinkets watches and personal ornaments and my wearing apparel to my daughter Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens and Mabel Mary Anderson to be fairly divided between them And if either of them shall die in my lifetime I give the share of the one so dying to the survivor of them I bequeath to the said Mabel Mary Anderson all the ready money which at my decease may be standing to the credit of my current account at my Bankers I bequeath all my plate pictures linen china (except old and ornamental china) glass books furniture and other household effects unto my son Alwyn and my daughter Mabel in equal shares to be divided between them in such manner as they shall agree I bequeath all my old and ornamental china to my son Alwyn Lowder King Anderson Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens and Mabel Mary Anderson to be divided between them as nearly as may be in equal shares I devise the Cottage and premises in which I now reside with the yard gardens stables outbuildings and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in the village of Castlethorpe aforesaid to the use of my son Alwyn and my said daughter Mabel in fee simple as joint tenants whereas under the will dated the Thirteenth day of March One thousand eight hundred and seventy one of my father Arthur Bayley Markham which was proved on the twentieth day of January One thousand eight hundred and seventy four in the District Probate Registry at Northampton a share in certain trust monies funds and securities is settled in trust for myself during my life and after my death in trust for such one or more exclusively of the others of my children in such manner as I shall appoint now in exercise of the power for this purpose given to me by the said Will and all other powers in any enabling me in this behalf I do appoint that my share of the trust monies funds and securities held upon the trusts of the said Will of my father as aforesaid shall from and after my decease to be held by the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of the said Will In Trust as to the sum of One thousand five hundred pounds part thereof to pay the same to my said daughter Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens And as to the residue of the said share in trust to pay the same equally between my said son Alwyn Lowder King Anderson and my said daughter Mabel Mary Anderson I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my Trustees upon trust to sell the same and (after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts) to pay the net proceeds of sale to my said daughter Mabel In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will the day and year first above written

I Anne Gertrude Anderson of the Old House Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Widow hereby declare this to be a Codicil which I make this 4th day of August One thousand nine hundred and twenty four to my Will which is dated the Sixth day of May One thousand nine hundred and twenty four whereas I have in and by my said Will appointed that my share of the trust moneys funds and securities held upon trusts of the Will of my father shall from and after my decease be held by the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of my said Will In trust for my daughters and son as is therein particularly set forth now I do hereby revoke the above recited appointment so contained in my said Will And in lieu thereof I direct my said Will shall be read and take effect as if the following appointment had been originally written in my Will (that is to say) I do hereby appoint that my share of the trust moneys funds and securities held upon the trust of the said Will of my father as aforesaid shall from and after my decease be held by the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of the said Will In trust as to the sum of One thousand pounds part thereof to pay the same to my daughters Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens And as to the residue of the said share On trust for my son Alwyn Lowder King Anderson and my daughter Mabel Mary Anderson to be divided between them in such manner that the share of my son Alwyn shall exceed in amount the share of my daughter Mabel by the sum of Five hundred pounds In all other respects I confirm my said Will In witness whereof I the said Anne Gertrude Anderson have set my hand the day and year first above written

I the above named Anne Gertrude Anderson declare this to be a second Codicil which I make this Fifth day of August One thousand nine hundred and twenty seven to my Will which is dated the sixth day of May one thousand nine hundred and twenty four
1. I revoke the within appointment of my share of the trust moneys funds and securities held upon the trust of the said Will of my fathers to the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of my said Will in trust as to the sum of One thousand pounds part thereof to pay the same to my daughter Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens

2. I direct that my within written Codicil shall be read and have effect as if an appointment of Six hundred pounds had been thereby made to the said Gwendoline Mary Gertrude Hickens in lieu of the appointment of the One thousand pounds thereby made to her

3. Subject as aforesaid I confirm my said Will except so far as it is revoke or varied by my within written Codicil and (subject as aforesaid) I confirm that Codicil. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written

I Anne Gertrude Anderson of the Old House Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Widow declare this to be a third Codicil which I make this eighth day of May One thousand nine hundred and twenty eight to my Will which is dated the sixth day of May One thousand nine hundred and twenty four
1. Whereas by my Will I have devised the cottage and premises in which I now reside with the yard gardens stables outbuildings and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in the village of Castlethorpe aforesaid to the use of my son Alwyn Lowder King Anderson and my daughter Mabel Mary Anderson in fee simple as joint tenants and now being satisfied that my said daughter Mabel will at my decease desire to reside in her own house at Grendon I hereby revoke the above mentioned devise and instead thereof I devise the said premises to my said son Alwyn in fee simple
2. I declare that the direction contained in clause 2 of the second Codicil to my Will as to the appointment of Six hundred pounds to my daughter Gwendoline Mary Hickens shall be read and have effect in all respects as if the said appointment had been directed to be paid to her free of duty. In all other respects I confirm my Will except so far as it is revoked or varied by my first and second Codicils and I confirm those Codicils In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written
