Dance Club

Hospital Dance. In aid of the Northampton Hospital a very enjoyable and successful dance, organised by the Dance Club, was held at Castlethorpe on Easter Monday and realized £7/10/-. The village dance club started two seasons ago by Mrs. J. E. Whiting, and the increased membership is proof of its popularity. The attendances have been exceptionally good and the success of the undertaking is very gratifying to the promoters and all concerned. Mr. Harding is the efficient M.C.; Mr. W. Clarke gives his services as doorkeeper and Miss Markham and Mrs. Harding have been responsible for the refreshments.
